Admissions Process

Thank you for your interest in applying for a place at Dubai English Speaking School and College. We are a popular choice of school with families both in Dubai and those moving to the region from overseas. We will always do what we can to provide a place for your child provided we have suitable availability.

Please note we are currently at capacity in all year groups across both schools for September 2024.

Applications are available for our primary school during the holiday period.

Our College applications are currently closed and will be available via our website from Wednesday the 14th of August 2024.

Applications received over the summer beak for our primary schools - DESS Oud Metha and DESS Academic City, will be processed week beginning Monday the 26th of August 2024.

Required Documents

For applying to DESSC, you will require soft copies of the following documents for each child (pdf format), to upload within the application forms

Birth Certificate
Passport Copy
Recent Passport Style Photograph
Most recent End of Year Academic Report
Most recent Term/Mid-Year Academic Report
A CAT 4 assessment within the last 12 months (if available)
Emirates Identity Card (if available)
UAE Visa (if available)
Reports from outside agencies (Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Educational Psychologist, etc., if applicable)
